You're either in "Compatibility View" or using a version of Internet Explorer not supported by BB&T's online applications.
First, find out if you're in "Compatibility View" by going to "Tools" and seeing if "Compatibility View" is checked. If it is, turn it off and proceed with enrollment.
If you're not in "Compatibility View" and still experiencing issues, you may need to download the most recent version of Internet Explorer. Select Download Internet Explorer, download the new version, relaunch your browser, and return to enrollment.
